Shipping

99MFG products are built to order and will have an estimated lead time posted on the product page. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. A tracking number will be provided once your product is shipped.

All damages during shipping must be notified to both the carrier and 99MFG within 24 hours of delivery. The discovery of damages after the 24-hour period becomes the responsibility of the customer. Replacement value is the amount the customer paid to 99MFG and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount shall be addressed with the carrier. 99MFG, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

Returns

Full refunds can be issued before an order is shipped out. (Subject to a 20% restocking fee). Returns can only be accepted for up to 10 business days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must arrive back to our warehouse in brand new, unused condition, in its original packaging. Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. No returns on special orders. Items defined as defective by 99MFG may be exchanged for the same item only. Upon receipt of the returned products, 99MFG shall inspect the parts to determine their condition. If 99MFG deems the parts to be damaged from mishandling or shipping, the customer must accept any incurred costs. Refunds will not be issued on returned products that are damaged on the way back to 99MFG.
