Warranty & Disclaimer

All 99MFG designed and built products have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of sale. We will replace or repair, at our choice, any 99MFG product that fails under normal, intended use. Items sold by 99MFG may not be legal for street use in all states. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with applicable state laws. The customer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State safety crash guidelines, 99MFG is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, improper installations, poor judgment, or acts of nature, etc. All products are intended for off-highway use and should be used for their intended purposes only. 99MFG does not take responsibility for customer installation, modification, and unusual stress of products. The customer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. 99MFG is not responsible for any damages incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles. It is the responsibility of the customer to practice regular maintenance and care to ensure that the purchased item lasts the intended life term. If an item is considered “not properly maintained”, it may be subject to a warranty declination.

Installation

We highly recommend professional installation on all 99MFG products. 99MFG does not take responsibility for customer installation as well as any damages or injuries due to improper installation.

Defective Products

Defective products must be brought to the attention of 99MFG within 30 days of receiving the products. Pictures are required to demonstrate defects on the products prior to return. Any issues found beyond 30 days, are no longer eligible for exchange.

Payment

All shipments and orders must be prepaid. No COD’s are acceptable. Payment is accepted in the form of VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Online Orders

99MFG reserves the right to cancel any online order at any time.

Cancellations

All orders that are canceled 7 days after the order is placed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Contingencies

All parts shall remain the property of 99MFG until paid in full. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All special orders are non-returnable.
